Endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) is a less invasive surgical method employed in the management of chronic sinusitis and related sinus conditions. It utilizes an endoscope—a slender, flexible tube equipped with a light and camera to provide visual access to the nasal passages and sinuses without the need for extensive incisions.
